Scope, evidence limits, and downloads
  • A separate finalized, time-bounded PP-mint transaction query completed for 423 of 423 tracked addresses. A known September sale was returned by the positive control. This supplements the capped all-token histories; provider indexing limits still apply.
  • All explicitly tracked address histories are paginated toward the comparison cutoff, up to 3 pages of 1000 signatures. Capped histories are incomplete; no-activity conclusions apply only to observed coverage.
  • Successful transaction bodies are prioritized for known/current PP token accounts and ordinary owner histories. High-volume owner histories use a bounded body sample; missing returned-window bodies remain explicit.
  • Balances were read at different finalized slots during collection, not as one atomic snapshot. Known token accounts are grouped under their owner; they are not counted as separate people.
  • Unknown closed token accounts, newly funded wallets, and further recipients remain outside scope. Canonical infrastructure candidates are not established insiders.
  • Sale observations require successful metadata, signer PP debit, swap or Jupiter route logs, and positive quote credits. Quote credits and SOL net changes are not necessarily gross proceeds; sale observations are not creator-attributed totals.
  • Transfer-to-sale timing is a sequence, not proof that the same tokens were sold or that wallets share control. Each sale is counted once in event totals.
  • Verified SOL paths require successful parsed System Program transfers for every stored edge. A funded token account is not its owner; funding does not establish key control.
  • Historical CSV sale totals and models are preserved separately and are not incremented by this scan.
  • RPC sale quantities are net PP wallet debits and can include PP-denominated routing fees. Swap intermediaries and proceeds forwarded within the same transaction may leave no positive final quote balance; those debits remain separately reviewable.
